under Masters → Exchange pull, or Masters → Import issues CSV
from the exchange's T-2/T-1 member notice.

Archiving hides an issue from the OFS BackOffice and the client app. Nothing is deleted:
bids, generated files, allotments and the audit trail stay attached, and any
archived issue can be opened in full or restored.

Recent pulls
NSE publishes a circular for every OFS. This polls their public RSS feed —
free, licensed, and nothing is scraped. It tells you an OFS exists;
the floor price and windows are in the PDF, so open the circular and set the
issue up under Issues. The feed is a rolling window of recent
circulars, so also subscribe to NSE's circular emails as a backstop.
Every write is recorded: bids placed by a client, an AP or the back office;
issue masters and exchange pulls; settings; margins; generated exchange files;
allotment imports and mails; and sign-ins. Nothing here can be edited or deleted.
